33 people recently enjoyed a mid-winter Christmas luncheon at Hutt Gables Retirement Village.
Diners brought a plate, carols played and the community centre was decorated for the occassion.
As you might imagine, a chocolate fountain - kindly provided by Hutt Gables' cleaner, Jo - proved popular.
