These architecturally designed villas feature open plan living, a main bedroom with ensuite and walk through wardrobe, and quality chattels & fittings. Plus a single garage and laundry area
In addition to these 6 new villas, there are 40 existing villas and cottages on site.
Amongst the "village" part of Atawhai, there is a strong and active social committee who organise meetings, functions, outings and happy hours. Residents often make use of Atawhai’s village hall, which includes a pool table and kitchenette.

Aged Care Facility at Atawhai
Atawhai has 30 rest home and 41 hospital beds on site. In the hospital there is registered nurse cover 24-hours per day.
The rest home and hospital has particularly strong connections to the local community- there are many volunteers who spend their time assisting and entertaining residents.
This ranges from wheel chair walkers to housie players, to entertainment from community groups, to regular church services.
A mini-bus is used for twice weekly shopping trips and for outings.
With the local village being just 3 blocks away; local amenities, the library, shops, banks and the post office are all close by.
