As well as health care assistants , who provide daily personal care, the people who live here can access these services:
* An 'in-house' GP who visits weekly
* A podiatrist
* Activites organised by an activities co-ordinator with help from an assistant
* A hairdresser who visits weekly and who charges a quite reasonable price
There are 52 rest homes beds here in total.
The upstairs rooms come with their own toilet and hand basin; downstairs room have a toilet, hand basin and shower.
Greenvalley's location is quiet, and the Glenfield Mall (four minutes by car) and Marlborough Park are close by.
Public transport is within a two-minute walk and there is a weekly resident's outing.
Greenvalley Lodge has a contract with the District Health Board to provide rest home level care.
