Oceania Group is looking for a Facility Manager for our Meadowbank facility - which currently provides rest home, specialist dementia and hospital level care. There is also an small village on site; and an exciting new development is currently underway.
We are looking for a Facility Manager who has true empathy for people and who understands the importance of providing companionship and care to people regardless of their age or stage.
You will have:
Leading our Facility Team, you will be dynamic, creative and innovative to ensure we provide the best clinical practice achievable. You will enjoy support from a strong Clinical Manager & Administrator, and work in a stable and fun environment with great community support.
