As a first step, as with all rest home or hospital level care, a prospective resident must be assessed by their local Needs Assessment Co-ordination Service (NASC) team as requiring either of these levels of care. Your local District Health Board will have contact details for your local Needs Assessment Team. Alternatively, you can visit the NASC Association website.
