We offer older New Zealanders the following:
Staff Training Staff training is something we place a heavy emphasis on. A fulltime National Training Manager oversees our professional development programme (this covers CPR, First Aid, Health & Safety, Clinical Topics and Food Control). We also provide specialist training for nurses and health care assistants in association with the Wesley Institute of Learning. Memberships and Associations We are members of both the Retirement Villages Association ("RVA") and the New Zealand Aged Care Association. Being a member of the RVA means we follow strict standards and guidelines in terms of how we operate and the service we offer Senior New Zealanders. Oceania Group was formed in 2008 following the merger of Qualcare and Eldercare.
